Your tasks, everywhere you think of them.

Goalzenix keeps them in Apple Reminders, so Siri, CarPlay and your watch already work. Then it adds the structure Reminders never had.

Why it's built this way

Two apps, and neither one of them is enough.

Apple Reminders is everywhere

Siri drops things into it. So do Mail, the share sheet, CarPlay and your watch. It is the one list every Apple device already agrees on. It can also barely organise a shopping trip.

A real task app is a silo

Move to something with projects and filters and you gain structure, but Siri stops reaching it, CarPlay stops showing it, and everything you capture by voice lands in the app you just abandoned.

Goalzenix takes the third option: it stores your tasks in Apple Reminders and builds everything else on top. Capture stays where it already works. Structure stops being a reason to leave.

What it does

The structure Reminders is missing, without leaving it.

Type it the way you'd say it

One line becomes a task with a date, a project, labels, a priority and a repeat, highlighted as you type, so you see what was understood before you commit it.

  • Dates and times
  • Recurrence
  • #project
  • @label
  • p1–p4

Real structure

Nested projects and sections, sub-tasks with progress, start dates as well as due dates, templates for the routines you run again, and an archive so finished work leaves without being deleted.

See each list the way it deserves

Today, Upcoming, Inbox and Completed. Switch a project to a board when it's a pipeline, or a calendar when it's a month, with your own events beside your tasks, read straight from Calendar.app.

Filters without the manual

Save a query like overdue & p1 & @work. If you'd rather not learn the syntax, the builder assembles one from a list of conditions and shows you the query it wrote, so you learn the language instead of being hidden from it.

  • Guided builder
  • Editable as text

Everywhere you already are

Home and Lock Screen widgets you can tick from, an Apple Watch app and complications, a Mac menu-bar panel, share-sheet capture, Spotlight, and Focus filters so a Work Focus shows a work list.

Made to be talked to

Your list, inside the conversation.

Goalzenix speaks MCP, so Claude (or any assistant that supports connectors) can list what's due, add what came up, and tick off what's done, in the middle of whatever you were already discussing. With your sign-in, and only while you leave the connection in place.

Your tasks stop being a place you go, and start being something you can just ask about.

You What's left on the Q3 handover, and add one to chase the signed copy.
Claude, via Goalzenix Three left: draft the notes, confirm access, and book the walkthrough. I've added "Chase the signed copy" to Work / Admin, due Friday.

Nothing that makes a task a task is behind the wall. Plenty of apps charge for reminders, or for a due date you can actually rely on. A free tier that can't set a reminder isn't a free tier, it's a demo. So Pro gates volume and collaboration, and nothing else.

Privacy

There is no tracking in Goalzenix.

No analytics, no advertising identifier, no third-party trackers, and no third-party code in the app at all, so nothing can do it behind our backs. The apps ship a privacy manifest that says so.

Signed out, nothing you write ever reaches a Goalzenix server: your tasks sit in Apple Reminders and sync through your own iCloud account, which we cannot read. Signing in is what turns syncing on, and it's your choice.
